Hope For “Me Too”

The “Me Too” movement has definitely stirred the pot and exposed a small portion of the huge problem of sexual abuse in our society.  There is a cry for justice, vengeance, and a cultural change to stop the abuse.  This is a problem that will never be solved by our courts and our media.  But there is a solution if anyone would care to address it.

It is not like we haven’t been warned that we would end up in a situation like this.  There have been many voices over the last 50 years that predicted we would end up here.  But those voices have been stifled by misinformation and disinformation.  Because I have not seen many recent voices addressing this issue, I have proposed a solution for “Me Too” victims.  Since my solution is too long to put in a simple post I leave this address for those willing to read it.  https://www.sanctifiedthrutruth.com/books-and-papers/hope-for-me-too/

“Only God can righteously grant mercy for the guilty, for only He can heal the broken hearted.” ~ Amen! Having experienced firsthand in the past what the “Me Too” movement is about allowed me to appreciate your words of truth here even more. I would never consider myself a part of that movement but it is an issue that definitely needs to be addressed. God had a plan and purpose far above what I could begin to understand at the time, while leading and guiding down an unfamiliar path. All along I knew the truth of ‘we wrestle not against flesh and blood’. I knew who the real enemy was (and is) and Jesus had already won the victory over him. Praise God! Still not everyone involved has experienced God’s healing, prayers continue. ~ There was an excitement building inside me when I read ‘The Church’s Role In Healing’. How I long to be an instrument God can use to encourage others. I too was once guilty and God righteously granted me mercy and healing (and continues the work). ~ 2 Corinthians 1:3-5 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also abounds through Christ. ~ ♫ To God Be The Glory! Great Things He Hath Done! ♫ …
